The Role
The role as Key Account Manager Assistant is to support one of our Key Account Managers being responsible for some of our most important and valued retail partners. You will be working with a broad portfolio of global brands, and you will be based in our Nordic head office in Copenhagen.
Your key mission is to assist the Key Account Manager to make sure that we drive growth through a strong and trusting relationship with retail partners. You may be at the beginning of your career, and you are now eager to learn and build your professional profile, or you are a profile that thrives in working with sales and the coordination of many stakeholders and wants to take on more responsibilities. You are disciplined and deliver on time, and you are driven to see your work paying off in terms of retailer satisfaction, brilliant execution and successful sales results. The scope of this role can be wide and for the right person there are possibilities to develop and take on new responsibilities and challenges to further expand your knowledge within Key Account Management.
Your Key Responsibilities
More specifically, you will be supporting with:
- Preparing trade plans and new product launches
- Creating proposals on sell-in volumes of new products based on analysis and benchmarks
- Submitting correct master data to our retail partners, such as prices, assortments and launch dates
- Being on top of price lists, planograms and return lists etc.
- Analyzing and reporting on product launches and other commercial initiatives
- Following up on orders and making sure that everything is on track
- Keeping all retailer deadlines in collaboration with Sales Analyst and Brand Teams
Your Qualifications
- Well-organized and structured
- Fast learner and self-motivated
- Service-oriented, thriving on delivering everything on time and in full
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and draw conclusions
- Superior MS Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP is a plus
- Superior Power Point skills considered as a plus
- Master’s degree in business administration, sales, finance or similar
