The Role

As our new Warehouse Assistant, you will be part of the Nordic Supply Chain team that beside Logistic Operations includes Execution Planning, Master Data and Customer Service. You will be based at our warehouse facility in Hvidovre together with the rest of the Logistic Operations team and be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing pallets and parcels, validation and execution of retailer returns, pick & pack of many different types of material like local Sales Meetings kits, Christmas Calendars and in general be a part of the daily Logistics Operation.

Your Key Responsibilities

More Specifically, You Will

• Handle incoming and outgoing pallets and parcels to multiple recipients
• Pick and pack for events like beautiful boxes with bows
• Be co-responsible for storage of returned goods, collateral materials and other ELC materials and ensure high transparency of stored products
• Execute incoming returns from retailers
• Pick & Pack local activities booked by brands, commercial, education, etc.
• Coordinate the logistics flow between the Logistic Operations in Hvidovre and our Head Office in Carlsberg Byen and our country offices in Norway, Sweden and Finland
• Be a part of our Friends & Family Sale
• And lots of other ad hoc activities
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Experience with operational and logistics handling in a warehouse facility
• Familiar with Excel, Outlook and ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Structured approach and detail orientated
• A truck certificate is an advantage but not required

• You’re a strong team player who participates actively in creating a positive working environment with a strong ability to build relations and at the same time focus on excellence in execution
• You are detail-oriented and have the ability to proactively ensure things are done correctly and to the expected deadlines
• You additionally have a natural solution and solving mindset and see opportunities instead of obstacles
• You are expected to be fluent in at least one of the Nordic languages and as our Company language is English, good English skills are needed as well
