Core Responsibilities
- Support development and implementation of Licensing Strategy across the Licensing & Extended Line (LEL) division and the broader LEGO business
- Drive and support strategic projects including implementation of sustainability initiatives together with LEL Sustainability team and LEL leaders
- Constructively challenge and provide strategic sparring to LEL leaders on strategic and operational challenges and issues to improve leadership decisions
- Support Development of Product Line Roadmaps (Publishing, Licensing, Branded Partnerships and Extended Line).
- Drive and co-develop creation of new, sustainable business opportunities
- Develop and Deliver ad hoc analysis and presentations to enable strategic and business decisions.

The LEGO Group’s Licensing and Extended Line (LEL) department consist of 4 product lines (Extended Line, Licensing, Publishing, Strategic Partnerships) and is responsible for growing the LEGO Group’s unique reach with consumers and deepening the engagement through extended line and licensed products. In this role, we are looking for a consultancy profile, who will be ready to help elevate strategy and leadership of LEL.
Please note This is a position based in Billund, Denmark. Our flexible working model allows employees to work 2 days/week from home (3 days in the office). Relocation support is not offered for this role.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in a leading consultancy firm or within the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) or consumer packaged goods CPG sectors, with a focus on sustainability strategy being a valuable asset.
- Outstanding quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights, and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems and turn them into leadership recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills enabling you to structure documents and quantitative analysis as well as PowerPoint presentations for leadership teams
- Strong collaboration skills and superb partner management experience that builds followership and influence.
- Ability to navigate in a complex and creative innovation environment and create order out of chaos.
