Industrial Painters and Sandblasters with Epoxy Certification – Permanent Position

The company is facing a high volume of orders and needs extra hands to keep up. The tasks are varied and include sandblasting, industrial painting, and fireproofing of large steel structures such as containers. Any relevant experience is a great advantage, but most importantly, we’re looking for someone motivated to take on these tasks and curious to learn more.

You’ll be working independently, but as part of a team with a positive and friendly work environment - expect daily jokes, good vibes, and shared stories during breaks. We’re looking for someone who wants to contribute not just with skills but also with a great attitude and a proactive mindset.

• Sandblasting, where prior experience is essential - ideally, you can jump straight into the task.

• Industrial painting and fireproof coating - experience is a big plus! If you have limited experience, the foreman will provide training on nozzles, pumps, and other equipment.

To be considered for this role, you must have a valid epoxy certificate. We also expect you to work efficiently and independently. We value honesty, curiosity, and a strong commitment to your work.

To succeed in the role, you should:

• Have a valid epoxy certificate

• Have experience with similar job(s)

• Have basic IT skills

• Be fluent in Danish, English or/and Polish

• Be reliable and honest about your strengths and areas for improvement – this helps the foreman support your development properly.

Experience with and the ability to navigate the C-system control program is a significant advantage.

• Training by the foreman if needed

Monday to Friday between 06:00–15:00 or 07:00–16:00. 

The company is transitioning to a 7-day workweek rotation, so flexibility is key.

This is a full-time, permanent position for the right candidate with the opportunity for immediate start.
