Join Our HR Team
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Tech Product Owner to play a pivotal role in building our HR Tech function as we transition into an independent company. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a transformative journey, enhancing the employee experience through innovative HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertise Development: Build and maintain deep knowledge of HR technology products and processes, continuously improving HR operations and the employee experience.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and proactively promote HR technology solutions.
• Roadmap Management: Develop and manage a strategic roadmap and product backlog, prioritizing and deploying innovative HR technologies that enhance employee experience and optimize HR processes.
• Project Management: Lead HR Tech projects from concept through implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Integration Oversight: Ensure seamless operation and integration of HR tech solutions with other enterprise systems.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with development teams to ensure timely implementation of new features and updates, facilitating regular progress check-ins.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for your product area, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure HR Tech systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, implementing robust data security measures to protect employee information.

What You Will Bring:

• Extensive experience in HR technology roles, preferably within large, international, complex organizations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR tech initiatives and systems.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data analytics, and digital transformation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant HR technology platforms and tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
