We are seeking a dynamic Senior Enterprise Architect to join our architect team in Data, Cloud and Security (DCS) unit in Sweden. This pivotal role bridges the gap between business needs and technological solutions, enabling our clients to enhance their business strategies through efficient use of their data. You will possess deep knowledge in both Manufacturing or Defense business processes and IT technologies, capable of transforming client objectives into actionable IT strategies.

When joining Tietoevry Tech Services as a Senior Enterprise Architect:

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identify customer business challenges and opportunities
• Actively generate new business with Tietoevry client partners by meeting customers, introducing your and Tietoevry competencies and collaborate within partner ecosystem
• Drive customer conversations with client partners, advise customers and participate in strategically important sales cases
• Identify customer business landscape and transformation roadmap together with customer stakeholders

Your daily work will include:

• Engage with customer business and IT stakeholders to understand their business strategy & goals, processes, and current IT landscape.
• Design and implement enterprise architectures that align IT infrastructure, applications, and business strategies, enhancing operational efficiency and customer business growth.
• Advise on the optimization and integration of IT systems to improve client data utilization for better decision-making and innovative business services.
• Lead workshops and meetings with clients to identify opportunities for technology advancements and process improvements.
• Develop comprehensive strategies that leverage data analytics to propose new business models or services.
• Collaborate with across business and IT departments to ensure that technology solutions not only meet strategic and operational needs but also adhere to budgetary and timeline constraints. Oversee the implementation of scalable and cost-effective technological systems that align with and support the company's long-term business objectives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest manufacturing trends and technologies to provide informed advice to clients on sustainable IT investments.

Who we are looking for:

• You have 5 years of documented experience in enterprise architecture, preferable with Manufacturing or Defense industry, while having a proven track record of successful implementation of IT projects.
• Strong understanding of business processes related to business operations and customer interactions.
• Expertise in data architecture and management, with experience in utilizing data to drive business decisions and create new services.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with both business executives and IT personnel in English and Swedish.
• Strong architecture and technology experience and foresight covering business core systems like SAP or Microsoft Dynamics complemented with proven experience or understanding of modern API-first microservices, product information and/or customer master data management.
