Trackman is growing, and we’re seeking an experienced Front-end Developer to help build and maintain high-quality web applications. You’ll work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and NodeJs - but more importantly, you’ll write clean, modular code that’s built to last. If you’re passionate about modern web development, staying current with emerging technologies, and collaborating with a diverse, forward-thinking team.
What We’re Looking For
You are:
An experienced front-end developer who goes beyond just “delivering features”—you look for opportunities to refine our codebase, processes, and architecture.
Proactive in exploring new front-end trends but adopt them based on real benefits and maintainability.
Comfortable working closely with designers, backend developers, and project owners to craft seamless user experiences.
Eager to share knowledge, support continuous improvement, and promote teamwork across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
Feature Development
Implement, optimize, and maintain client-side features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript, ensuring an exceptional user experience.
Agile Collaboration
Work within an Azure DevOps environment, participating in sprints, retrospectives, and regular communication to uphold a culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement.
Tooling & Processes
Develop and enhance build tools, test automation, and code reviews to improve collaboration and streamline development workflows.
Cross-Functional Planning
Partner with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and project owners on backlog refinement and task estimation, ensuring alignment with product goals.
Clean Code Principles
Write maintainable, modular code with a strong emphasis on reusability and separation of concerns.
Design System Contribution
Contribute to our design system and component library for consistent user interfaces across multiple products.
Continuous Improvement
Drive enhancements in our codebase, pipelines, and tooling to keep our tech stack efficient and scalable.
Minimum Requirements
Front-end Experience
Proven track record with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue) and strong proficiency in TypeScript.
JavaScript Fundamentals
In-depth understanding of the DOM, asynchronous programming, and performance considerations in modern browsers.
GraphQL Expertise
Experience consuming GraphQL APIs and structuring queries efficiently.
Node.js Familiarity
Comfortable with Node.js for build tooling and server-side rendering.
Build Tools
Hands-on experience with Vite, Webpack, and NPM/Yarn.
Architectural Insight
Good grasp of software design principles and architectural patterns, aiming for code that’s both robust and adaptable.
Framework-Agnostic Mindset
Focus on writing maintainable, future-proof code rather than relying too heavily on specific libraries.
Collaboration & Communication
Strong teamwork skills, with a willingness to mentor peers, share knowledge, and maintain open channels of communication.
