Om stillingen

Du vil få en central rolle i salget af vores hurtiggående ProZero-både til markeder som forsvar, offshore og professionel maritim drift. Samtidig vil du være en nøglespiller i udviklingen af nye kundeområder og produkter – særligt med fokus på den voksende efterspørgsel fra forsvarssektoren og offentlige myndigheder.

Dine opgaver
  • Udvikle og eksekvere salgsstrategier for ProZero-serien i tæt samarbejde med ledelsen og strategiske partnere.
  • Identificere og bearbejde nye forretningsmuligheder og nøglekunder inden for især forsvar, søværn, kystvagt og politienheder.
  • Drive internationale salgsprocesser og bidrage til teknisk-kommerciel dialog med kunder og partnere.
  • Deltage i produktudvikling i samspil med designteamet og sikre løsninger, der matcher markedets krav.
  • Opbygge stærke og langvarige kunderelationer – både i Danmark og globalt.
Din profil
  • Har solid erfaring med internationalt salg af tekniske eller maritime produkter – gerne til offentlige eller forsvarsrelaterede kunder.
  • Har en relevant baggrund – eksempelvis fra marineindustrien, forsvaret eller større tekniske organisationer.
  • Har erfaring med forretningsudvikling og strategisk salgsarbejde.
  • Trives i en rolle med stort ansvar og frihed, og har et højt drive og kommerciel tæft.
  • Taler og skriver flydende teknisk engelsk – og gerne andre sprog.
  • Erfaring med 3D-designsoftware som SolidWorks er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

International Sales & Business Development – ProZero Workboats

Tuco Marine Group is seeking an experienced and ambitious sales professional to strengthen the sales and business development of our ProZero series – advanced workboats and unmanned vessels for the professional maritime market, including the rapidly growing defense and security sectors. About the Role

You will play a key role in selling our high-performance ProZero boats to markets such as defense, offshore, and professional maritime operations. In parallel, you will be a crucial player in developing new customer segments and products – especially focusing on the increasing demand from the defense sector and public authorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the ProZero series in close collaboration with management and strategic partners.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities and key clients – particularly within defense, navy, coast guard, and law enforcement.
  • Manage international sales processes and contribute to technical-commercial dialogue with customers and partners.
  • Participate in product development alongside the design team to ensure market-fit solutions.
  • Build strong and long-term client relationships – both in Denmark and internationally.
Your Profile
  • Proven track record in international sales of technical or maritime products – preferably to public or defense-related customers.
  • Relevant background – e.g., from the marine industry, armed forces, or large technical organizations.
  • Experience in business development and strategic sales.
  • Motivated by responsibility and autonomy, with a strong commercial drive.
  • Fluent in technical English, both spoken and written – other languages are a plus.
  • Experience with 3D design software such as SolidWorks is an advantage but not a requirement.
