As the DK IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the performance of our company's DK IT infrastructure. This includes server operations, data center management, internet service provider (ISP) relationships, print services, audio/visual (A/V) equipment, major incident management, certificates management, change management, network management, infrastructure budget responsibility and domain administration. Your official title will be IT Senior Specialist and you will lead a dedicated team in Copenhagen, ensuring the seamless and secure operation of all IT systems and services.

It is the teams’ responsibility to make sure the twoday’s IT policies are upheld and continuously maintain and develop the server infrastructure. As part of the Group Business Enablement Functions, you will be expected to work closely with infrastructure teams in other twoday countries to ensure a standardized and modern way of running infrastructure

The position is based in our Nordhavn office, but some travel days must be expected.

Key Responsibilities

Server Operations

• Data Center Facility management

• Monitoring and maintaining server performance and operations

• Ensuring server security and updates

• Managing server backups and disaster recovery

• Ensure proper Lifecycle processes are applied to systems (provisioning and decommissioning)

Internet Service Providers (ISP/MSP)

• Managing relationships with ISPs and MSPs

• Ensuring reliable and high-speed internet connectivity

• Monitoring and troubleshooting internet issues with ISPs

• Make sure hosting providers live up to twoday Compliance expectations

ITIL processes

• Incident Management and post-incident reviews and improvements

• Oversee IT changes and ensure proper documentation, risk/impact assessment and approval of changes

• Coordinating response to major IT incidents

Network Management

• Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure

• Ensuring network security and performance

• Managing network devices and configurations

• Managing S2S and P2S VPN configurations

Domain Administration

• Managing domain names/settings and security/compliance

• Handling domain registration and renewals

• Managing SSL/TLS certificates for secure communications

• Monitoring certificate expiration and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and coordination

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Knowledge of server operations, data center management, ISP management, print services, A/V equipment, major incident management, certificates management, change management, network management, and domain administration

• Ability to respond effectively to IT incidents and implement improvements

• Proficiency in managing relationships with service providers and stakeholders

• Experience in conducting risk analysis and impact assessments
