At twoday, we’re looking for a friendly and proactive student assistant to join our customer support team. This is your chance to gain valuable professional experience alongside your studies – in a modern tech company where people and technology come together to make a difference.

️ What you'll do

As a student assistant in our customer center, you’ll be an essential part of our customer-facing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone

• Delivering a helpful, positive experience that leaves customers satisfied

• Creating and updating help articles and documentation

• Gathering customer feedback and passing it on to relevant teams

• Troubleshooting technical issues and finding the right solutions

• Identifying potential upsell opportunities through needs-based conversations

To be a student assistant at twoday you must be a part of

About you

We imagine that you:

• Are proactive, independent, and not afraid to take responsibility

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills

• Have previous experience in service or sales (a plus, but not required)

• Are comfortable with IT systems – experience with HubSpot or similar is a plus

• Speak and write fluent Danish or Swedish – and have solid English skills
• Can work between 15-20 hours pr. week and whole days preferably

To be a student assistant at twoday, you must be enrolled in a higher education program and have at least 1.5 years left of your studies. (You’re also welcome to apply if you’re finishing your bachelor’s degree this summer and starting your master’s in the fall.)
