twoday, we’re looking for a friendly and proactive student assistant to join our customer support team. This is your chance to gain valuable professional experience alongside your studies – in a modern tech company where people and technology come together to make a difference.
🛠️ What You'll Do
As a student assistant in our customer center, you’ll be an essential part of our customer-facing team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
- Delivering a helpful, positive experience that leaves customers satisfied
- Creating and updating help articles and documentation
- Gathering customer feedback and passing it on to relevant teams
- Troubleshooting technical issues and finding the right solutions
- Identifying potential upsell opportunities through needs-based conversations

About you
We imagine that you:
- Are proactive, independent, and not afraid to take responsibility
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Have previous experience in service or sales (a plus, but not required)
- Are comfortable with IT systems – experience with HubSpot or similar is a plus
- Speak and write fluent Danish or Swedish – and have solid English skills
- Can work between 15-20 hours pr. week and whole days preferably
