We're a vibrant and fast-paced Mexican takeaway restaurant, passionate about serving delisious flavors, fresh ingredients, and finger food style Mexican food. Whether it's burritos, tacos, or quesadillas, we bring the heat—and we need someone who can match that energy!

We’re looking for a driven, organized, and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a small but dynamic team, and ensure our customers get a great experience.

• Team Leadership: Train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations including food prep, order accuracy, cleanliness, and safety standards.

• Customer Service: Ensure great customer experiences with friendly service, efficient order handling, and quick problem-solving.

• Inventory & Supply: Manage inventory, place orders with suppliers.

• Compliance: Ensure the restaurant adheres to health and safety regulations and local food service laws.

• Previous experience in a restaurant and/or take away restaurant

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Passionate about food and customer service
