• Service Strategy: Develop and implement service strategy for the Nordic, and develop deep understanding of service business needs.
• Service Growth Programs: Implement and prepare the service set-up for the growth plans across the Nordic countries.
• Resource Management: Constantly optimize the resource investment by optimizing the workflows, ease the processes.
• Service Management: Implement a steering method that allows to maximize the efficiency of our service resources. Standardize the Nordic Service KPI set and reporting structure, to allow constant service improvement.
• Stakeholder Management: Building bridges between other teams to align service offer, resource planning, priorities etc with strategy and business development.
• Service Team Leadership: You will lead the service team and therefore share best practices across the Nordic countries and foster local adaptation. On top, you will facilitate planning and reporting processes such as the service strategy plan.

• Qualifications: Successfully completed your studies (Master) in engineering, technical business or equivalent.
• Know-how: You can draw on several years of successful work experience with focus on B2B Service, Management, and Leadership. With a track record in project management.
• Experiences: Your strong team management and communication skills as well as your pro-active, self-driven work attitude, and your network-driven mindset set you apart. Being familiar with the HVAC industry is a plus (B2B2C).
• Personality: You are strategic thinker, results-driven and a problem-solver. The one that is resourceful and that doesn’t stop when things are getting stuck. With your entrepreneurial mindset, you will be initiating new ideas to challenge the status quo. By this, you will lead and implement your own strategies according to aligned action plans. Driven to finalize the initiatives you are starting.
• Other Must Haves: Willingness to travel regularly across Nordic countries, your business fluent English skills and an international & entrepreneurial mindset complete your profile. (German language is a plus, not a must).
