About the job
We are looking for a Student Worker within Main Components Exchange, in our Business Area Wind, a part of the Vattenfall Organization.

What do we expect from you as Student Worker
You will be part of Integrated Operations, which have the responsibility to enable top quartile industry performance of our wind farms by best-in-class delivery of major O&M projects, strong technical support, accurate surveillance and monitoring of our fleet and efficient supply chain management. The Main Components Exchange department belongs to Integrated Operations and we are responsible for exchange blades, gearboxes and other heavy components on our offshore wind turbines. The unit is growing, and it creates a lot of exciting opportunities to take part in.

Key responsibilities

  • Support projects within Main Components Exchange
  • Support with administration for our project campaigns, i.e. creating Purchase Requisitions, managing components in SAP, etc.
  • Support on management of our special tools in our tooling management system
  • Support the team in working with SharePoint, design and admin work
  • Support on process development

Your profile
Requirements and desired skills

  • You are enrolled and studying on Bachelor or Masters level. Ideally you have 2-3 years left of your studies
  • You have an analytical mindset, and have experience structuring and analyzing data
  • You are self-motivated, a quick learner and enjoy meeting new people
  • You are fluent in English written and spoken, knowledge in Danish is a plus
  • You have an eye for details and keep an overview and structure, also when times are busy
  • You know Office365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerBI, SharePoint) and you are comfortable familiarizing yourself with new IT tools

  • Start date: As soon as possible
  • Flexible 2-4 days/week, max. 15 hours/week
  • Minimum: 12 months
  • Location: Kolding
  • You will work in an international team, where you will have colleagues placed at different locations across our core countries.
