Service Engineer

Tasks

• Commission, inspect, and repair equipment supplied by VEGA.
• Provide technical support, including application advice, trial measurements, and training.
• Assist in trade shows and deliver lectures related to VEGA products.
• Perform entry control for equipment inspections.
• Collaborate with the Sales Department to resolve technical issues.
• Accept and plan service orders, including international cases when necessary.
• Ensure accurate execution and reporting of service orders.
• Manage and order required equipment for stock.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST have relevant experience in process automation, instrumentation, industrial manufacturing processes, sensors, level & pressure.
• A result-oriented approach with a drive for exceeding objectives.
• A customer-focus and the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• A meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to find timely solutions.
