Operational Project Manager – Brand Experience & Creative Campaigns

About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp and detail-oriented Operational Project Manager who can balance strategy with flawless execution. In this role, you’ll manage multiple projects simultaneously – from large-scale events, store installations, and trade shows to print production and in-store campaigns.

You’ll play a central role in driving projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure seamless delivery. As the role involves project management across the Nordics, fluency in Danish, Swedish, and English is required.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects from brief to delivery, with a focus on timelines, budgets, creativity, and quality
• Ensure smooth execution of both physical and digital campaigns in close collaboration with creatives, designers, and production teams
• Handle multiple projects in a dynamic Nordic agency environment
• Stay flexible and solution-oriented in a fast-paced setting where no two days are the same
• Occasionally travel in connection with projects
• Advise clients on communication strategies and in-store marketing
• Ensure all executions align with clients’ brand guidelines

About You

• You are an experienced operational project manager with 3–4 years of hands-on project management experience
• You are proactive, structured, and solution-driven – you make things happen
• You have solid experience with brand experience events, retail, and print production
• You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• You have a strong understanding of production and can navigate complex processes
• You are a team player with excellent communication skills and a talent for building and maintaining strong client relationships
• You are fluent in Danish, Swedish, and English – both written and spoken
