Finance - Student Assistant (Copenhagen)

We are looking for a Finance Student Assistant to join our Finance and Operations team and help us take our financial operations to the next level. This role is perfect for a motivated and detail-oriented student who is looking for an opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage our billing platform and own our invoicing process
• Be the trusted point of contact for our customers for all billing-related inquiries
• Drive our collections processes and follow up with customers
• Assist in month-end and closing processes, including financial reporting
• Support the Head of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and reporting
• Participate in other finance & operations related matters as needed

Qualifications and expectations towards you:

• Studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, International Business, Analytics or a related field
• Fast learner & open-minded
• Strong attention to detail
• Analytical & know your way around Google Sheets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional fluency in English (Danish is not required)
• Able to work 15-20 hours per week from our office in Copenhagen at H C Andersens Boulevard
  
• Seen as an advantage if you are able to work two full days a week

Recruitment Process

• 15 minutes online interview with one from our TA team
• Case (Approximately 2 hours to complete)
• 45 minutes in-person interview incl. case presentation with our Head of Finance and FP&A Manager
• Criminal record check
