The Roads and Traffic division at WSP Denmark is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced and proactive project manager to join our teams in Høje Taastrup, Aarhus, or Odense. You will work alongside a skilled team of professionals, handling tasks related to road and infrastructure engineering.

With significant experience in road sector project management, you have a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to lead projects to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate with colleagues from offices across Denmark and have the opportunity to leverage the expertise of over 70,000 professionals worldwide.

YOUR NEW ROLE, WHATS INVOLVED?
As a key member of WSP's road division, you will play an essential role in strengthening our expertise and delivering high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing projects effectively, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and fostering strong relationships with clients to understand and meet their needs. You will also prepare detailed project proposals, contributing to the growth of our portfolio.

In this role, you will engage in road design using both 2D and 3D tools and take a leading role in preparing comprehensive tender documents. While not mandatory, prior experience in project supervision will be considered an advantage, enabling you to provide end-to-end project oversight and support the success of our initiatives.

YOUR TEAM
You will be part of the Roads and Traffic department, where you will work with 16 colleagues on a variety of tasks related to road and infrastructure engineering. The road departments in Aarhus, Odense, and Høje Taastrup enjoy a strong collegial spirit with numerous cross-office projects. The departments have a clear growth strategy and cover a broad range of expertise.

OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

• Telephone interview: We'll start with a telephone interview to get to know you better and discuss your experience.
• HR/Manager Interview: You will meet with our TA team and the department manager to assess your technical and cultural skills.
• Interview with the Business Unit Director: A meeting with the Business Unit Director to discuss your potential role and our strategic vision.
