We are looking for a Sales Manager to increase sales within your territory and provide exceptional customer experience.

Your role – driving sales and customer success
As Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, fostering customer relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals, you’ll enjoy a supportive environment with significant influence over your responsibilities and opportunities for both personal and professional growth.

Areas of responsibility:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
  • Analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
  • Manage and nurture customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Tailor product demonstrations and presentations to customers’ needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Provide customer insights and feedback to product teams
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and customer engagement
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and legal standards

About you:
You have a few years of experience selling complex software solutions and have a natural drive to win the next deal. You are driven by continuous learning and innovation and delivering results.

As a collaborative team player, you share ideas openly and communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written.

You have experience with:

  • Successful B2G sales in software solutions and technology services
  • Ability to understand and communicate the value proposition of complex software solutions to meet specific customer needs
  • Identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers
  • Utilizing CRM tools to support your sales activities and customer management
  • Pipeline management and forecast reporting
