Currently, we are looking for a new Sustainability Student Assistant, with a desire to learn, make an impact, and shape the future Zealand Pharma’s work with sustainability. Role and responsibilities

Zealand Pharma is currently on an incredible growth journey, and with the launch of our sustainability strategy, now is a great opportunity to be part of our growing Sustainability team. As our new Sustainability Student Assistant, you will report directly to the Head of Sustainability.

As a Sustainability Student Assistant, you will assist with various tasks to maximize our positive impact on society and deliver on our high ambitions. Your responsibilities and tasks are not pre-defined and your background and areas of expertise will factor in.

Examples of tasks include:

• Assisting in the implementation of our sustainability strategy
• Managing sustainability projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Developing materials for the board of directors and corporate management team
• Supporting the annual reporting process, including helping stakeholders obtain limited assurance on sustainability data
• Responding to investor inquiries
• Executing our climate change transition plan
• Exploring the environmental impact of our research and development activities

Candidate profile

To succeed in this role, we imagine you possess the following traits and skills:

• Project Management experience or a natural flair for managing projects and coordinating stakeholders.
• Adaptability and flexibility to handle a variety of tasks and adjust to changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
• Effective Communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication to develop materials for the board of directors and corporate management team.
• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze sustainability data and generate insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Attention to detail especially when assisting with the annual reporting process and ensuring data accuracy.
• Team player and the ability to work collaboratively within a team, fostering strong relationships and contributing to shared goals.
• Passion for Sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact on society through innovative solutions.
