(Junior) Controlling Manager (m/f/d)

Our Controlling Team monitors all key financial figures and supports management with reports, analyses, and forecasts for strategic decision-making, particularly in the areas of financing and planning. Additionally, the team identifies optimization potential, derives targets, and ensures a transparent data foundation.

As a (Junior) Controlling Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in analyzing and preparing company data. You will also have the opportunity to identify optimization potential within controlling and contribute your own ideas for efficient cost management.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing cost center controlling, including planning, analyzing, and reporting on cost developments and budget variances
• Preparing monthly reports and analyses for internal management and assisting with financial closings
• Developing internal controlling processes and implementing automation measures
• Conducting ad-hoc analyses and special projects to support decision-making
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
  
  

Requirements

• A degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, finance, or accounting
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for working with numbers and KPIs
• High motivation, structured working style, and ability to work independently
• Initial experience in controlling is a plus, ideally in e-commerce, the fashion industry, or consulting
• SQL skills are an advantage
