We are looking for someone with a deep connection to the running community and a passion for promoting brand engagement. Your strong event planning skills and strategic approach to community outreach will ensure the brand’s visibility and resonate with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships with running clubs, non-profit organisations, and brand ambassadors to promote community engagement.

• Act as the brand's eyes and ears in the community, ensuring brand positioning is consistently communicated, and competitors' activities are monitored.

• Craft and share compelling social media content that emphasizes the brand’s community-oriented approach and enhances online engagement.

• Boost visibility within the running culture by planning, implementing, and engaging in major running events across the region.

• Provide retail staff with product education and marketing guidance to ensure consistent brand representation and understanding.

• Create and execute in-store community events to drive brand awareness and foster consumer loyalty.

• Collaborate with regional wholesale partners to align on community marketing initiatives and ensure seamless execution.

Skills and Experience:

• A genuine passion for running and a strong connection to the current running community and its events.

• Proven experience in event planning and community engagement, with a knack for creating memorable experiences.

• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and German, with the ability to develop relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• High energy levels and strong people skills with the ability to engage with consumers, key retailers, and their teams.
