Team Lead Product (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Team Lead Product at Aleph Alpha, you will be responsible for guiding the vision, strategy, and execution of part of our PhariaAI stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and refine our product offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in AI technologies and a proven track record of successful product management.

Your Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals. Identify market opportunities and trends, and translate them into product initiatives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI. Use insights to drive product development and positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer expectations and business objectives. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement based on user feedback and market changes.
• User Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure products meet user needs. Foster strong relationships to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user satisfaction, and market impact. Analyze data to guide ongoing product enhancements and decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  
  

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Strong experience in product management, ideally in AI, software, or technology sectors.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to launch.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and applications, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is a plus.
