ALLPLAN is seeking an Inhouse Consultant to lead the successful rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP. This role involves managing the implementation’s impact, providing user training and support, and driving change management. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required to ensure a smooth transition and ongoing system improvements.

What you will do

• Contribute to the ERP relaunch/replacement project as a project manager
• Change management and process management for the new ERP after deployment
• Analyze and improve processes and data quality
• Advise and support the departments and key users
• Provide documentation and user training
• Contribute to other projects managed by ALLPLAN’s PMO team (administration, documentation, process design)
• Contribute to general ALLPLAN PMO strategy and toolset.

• Fluent in German and English, enabling seamless communication with international teams.

Experience You Need

• Expertise in project management, particularly in enterprise software rollouts.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, including implementation and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize business processes.
• A proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
