Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!

Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Job Description

Wir suchen derzeit einen erfahrenen Industrial Project Manager (m/w/d), der über fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement verfügt und in der Lage ist, technische Projekte erfolgreich zu leiten. Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine starke technische Expertise mit und hat die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren.

🔥 Aufgaben:

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung von technischen Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Fertigstellung.
• Koordination und Kommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern.
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards.
• Identifikation und Lösung von Problemen, die während des Projektverlaufs auftreten können.
• Erstellung von Statusberichten und Präsentationen für das Management.
• Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung von Maßnahmen zur Risikominderung.
• Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools.
  
  
  

🎯 Ihr Profil:

• Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Sie verfügen über 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise im technischen Umfeld.
• Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in Projektmanagement-Methoden und -Tools.
• Sie besitzen ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
• Sie haben hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
• Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sind erforderlich.
• Idealerweise bringen Sie relevante Zertifizierungen im Projektmanagement mit (z.B. PMP, PRINCE2).
