The Role
This is not a “sales execution” position. This is your opportunity to lead, shape, and build the way we attract and convert clients — in Germany, Eastern Europe, MENA, and beyond.
You’ll be the heart of our international sales strategy — while we support you on a clear path to becoming Sales Director.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Design and own the international B2B sales engine for our Academy and consulting services
• Build high-converting outreach strategies — from LinkedIn to partnerships to your own ideas
• Test channels, sharpen messaging, launch campaigns, generate real conversations
• Close deals with heart and precision — and build long-term client relationships
• Translate strategy into measurable KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, deal cycle
• Create dashboards and tools for visibility and scale
• Partner with the CEO and marketing to align vision, brand, and growth
• Join international events, summits, and client meetings (occasional travel)
• Grow with the company — into team leadership and Director-level ownership
You Might Be a Fit If You:
• Have 3–6 years in B2B sales (preferably in EdTech, consulting, SaaS, HRTech)
• Know how to turn conversations into contracts — and leads into long-term partners
• Love testing new approaches and owning your results
• Are excited by early-stage environments: dynamic, creative, real
• Feel confident managing international clients — and presenting clearly at C-level
• Use CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar as your sales compass
• Are fluent in English & German (C1 ); other languages are welcome
• Have a strategic mind, but a builder’s hands
