Dein Aufgabengebiet:

• Mitarbeit bei operativen HR-Themen (z.B. Erstellung von Zeugnissen und Verträgen, Pflege der Datenbank, Erstellung von Reports, etc.)
• Unterstützung im Recruitment-Prozess (z.B. Schaltung interner/externer Stellenausschreibungen, Pflege der Bewerberdatenbanken, Bewerberkommunikation)
• Be- und Erarbeitung von kleineren arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und Themen
• Mitarbeit bei der Dokumentation sowie der Optimierung von internen HR-Prozessen
• Eigenständige Bearbeitung sowie Mitarbeit in HR-Projekten, je nach Bedarf und persönlichem Interesse
• Vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit den unterschiedlichen Abteilungen
  
  

Your Profile

• Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften (Schwerpunkt Personal), Psychologie oder einem anderen relevanten Studiengang
• Falls im Zuge des Studiums ein Pflichtpraktikum zu absolvieren ist wäre im Anschluss auch eine Werkstudententätigkeit wünschenswert
• Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (insbesondere Word, Excel, PowerPoint sowie Outlook), MS Teams
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke, proaktive Mitarbeit und die Fähigkeit über den Tellerrand zu schauen
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit sowie das Interesse an bereichs- und länderübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
