Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Support the planning and implementation of the Bayer Foundation's Social Innovation Portfolio
• Further development of the operational performance of selected programs
• Assist in establishing an Impact Measurement and Management approach for the Bayer Foundation
• Independently prepare, analyze, and document various datasets and proactively execute your own tasks
• Support communication activities regarding relevant content (e.g., web design, content management, and social media)
• Contribute to additional program-related concepts and their implementation in close coordination with program managers
  
  

Who You Are

• Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a business, (social) innovation, or another relevant field of study
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Quick comprehension, openness, and interest in cross-functional, challenging tasks
• Passion for social innovation, social entrepreneurship, and global sustainability goals
• Analytical and conceptual skills (especially regarding the visualization of quantitative and qualitative data)
• High degree of self-motivation and commitment, as well as strong customer orientation
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for innovative processes and changing challenges in an agile environment
• Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
