The Role
As a
Deployment Strategist, you will sit at the intersection of product, sales, and engineering. Your mission? Ensure every Bliro deployment becomes an indispensable asset for our customers. From onboarding users to uncovering critical workflows, you’ll shape how Bliro is used—and how it evolves.
This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be in the field (virtually or onsite), deeply embedded with our customers, learning their operations, identifying pain points, and helping translate them into product solutions. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our solution engineering team to fine-tune Bliro for each organization’s needs, ensuring high adoption, impact, and delight.

What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end deployment experience for new customers—from onboarding to full-scale adoption
- Immerse yourself in customer workflows to identify core challenges and high-value opportunities for Bliro
- Partner with product and engineering teams to adapt and scale Bliro to each customer’s environment
- Design and lead training sessions, workshops, and onboarding processes that accelerate value delivery
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring Bliro becomes mission-critical to their day-to-day work
- Identify patterns across deployments and feed insights back into product development
- Wear multiple hats: project manager, solution architect, business analyst, and customer advocate
What We’re Looking For
- 1 years of experience in consulting, operations, tech deployment, or strategic customer success (internship and working student positions count!)
- Strong analytical skills and business intuition—you can identify the “why” behind a process
- Excellent communication skills in German and English—you can translate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, evolving environments
- A team-first mindset with a bias for action and a passion for solving real problems
- Bonus: experience with SaaS implementation, enterprise software, or voice/AI technologies
