Business Analyst (m/f/d) in metering point operation - energy industry

What you want to do

• Agile collaboration and prioritization: You manage the solution backlog and work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in agile development processes.
• Requirements management: You collect and structure technical requirements and translate them into IT specifications and technical concepts.
• Process analysis and optimization: You evaluate and improve business processes.
• Teamwork: You enjoy working in a team, you communicate actively, you organize and manage complex topics.
• Stakeholder communication: You communicate intensively with internal departments, external partners and service providers to implement requirements.
• External service provider management: You manage external service providers to ensure timely implementation and quality.
  
  

Your experience and knowledge

• You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering or a comparable qualification.
• You have experience as a business analyst and/or product owner, ideally in software development and B2B order management of complex systems
• You are skilled in analyzing mass and process data and can set up business monitoring systems You also have basic SQL knowledge.
• Your strong communication skills, hands-on mentality and analytical thinking round off your profile.
