We’re looking for a Lead Architect (f/m/d) to design and govern a resilient, cutting-edge AI automation architecture that drives innovation and scalability. In this role, you’ll ensure that all AI automation solutions align with industry best practices, security standards, and long-term scalability. As a key technical leader, you’ll provide strategic vision, define best practices, and oversee the technical roadmap for AI-driven automation across multiple functional teams.

What you'll doing

• Define and maintain AI automation architecture to ensure resilience, scalability, and security
• Lead technical governance and best practices for AI solution development and deployment
• Manage and mentor software engineers and subject matter experts, fostering a high-performance technical team
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and platform engineers to drive successful AI integrations
• Establish technical standards and guidelines for AI-powered automation solutions
• Stay ahead of emerging AI and automation technologies to drive innovation
• Ensure smooth coordination and alignment with enterprise-wide architecture

What you bring

• 8 years of experience in software architecture, AI, or automation systems, with strong background on building scalable and resilient AI-powered solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
• Leadership experience in guiding engineering teams, setting architectural direction, and fostering technical excellence
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, AI/ML models, and automation frameworks, ensuring seamless integration and scalability
• Strong knowledge of security, data governance, and compliance best practices to maintain robust and compliant systems
• Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Industry experience in music, media, or digital publishing is a plus
