As a Process Engineer Team Leader, you'll enjoy a lead role in team specialised in the design, engineering, and production of state-of-the-art Hydrogen process engineering plants, and will help solve some of the most pressing problems in the climate tech sector.

You'll lead a team of Process Engineers, and have a lead role in the process development and optimization of a state-of-the-art CO2 separation system.

The team:

• With their patented fuel cell technology, you'll join a team picked from around Europe actively solving some of the most pressing problems in the climate tech sector.

• You'll enjoy a lead role contributing to projects set to replace dated combustion engines with cutting-edge solid oxide fuel cells.

• With significant investment and plans to open up a new plant a week in 2025, you will be a key part of this process.

Ideally you'll have a combination of the following:

• Process Engineering industry experience working in Hydrogen / C02 Capture / Biogas / Oil&Gas / Renewables / and or the Chemical Engineering industry.

• Fluent English and German language skills

• Leadership experience, either as a tech lead, mentor, or disciplinarity manager.
