Network Development Specialist-Germany

Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

Implement brand network development plan with mid-long term supervision nationwide

• Ensure compliance with brand standards in facility construction/design
• Develop audit system for network standard compliance
• Identify new strategic locations for network expansion
• Monitor business performance against plans
• Manage new dealer authorization processes
• Develop annual business plan requirements
• Collaborate with global design team on new facilities
• Conduct market-specific retail strategy development
• Charging infrastructure and competitor analysis
• Prepare compliance reports for management/HQ
  
  

Required Skills, Qualifications And Experience

• 5 years automotive network development experience (OEM preferred)
• Fluent English & German (Chinese advantageous)
• Proactive with strong negotiation skills
• Willingness for frequent business travel
• Business management & independent working ability
• Valid driver's license
• Commitment to relocate to Frankfurt
