Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations management, benefits administration, performance management, and talent planning. Ensure the efficient execution of HR processes in compliance with German labor laws and internal company standards.
Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with German labor laws, regulations, and company strategies to ensure the compliance and effectiveness of all policies.
Recruitment and Talent Development: Lead the recruitment process for key positions, including job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, and new - employee onboarding. Collaborate closely with various departments to identify and meet talent needs, and also pay attention to employees' career development planning.
Compliance and Legal Affairs: Ensure that all HR activities strictly comply with German labor laws, data protection regulations, and internal company policies. Handle legal affairs related to employee contracts, compensation and benefits, and labor - relation terminations to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both the company and employees.
Compensation and Benefits Management: Manage the compensation and benefits system, including salary calculation, benefit - program design and optimization, and social - security and provident - fund management. Qualifications:
Can start working as soon as possible.
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
At least 5 - 7 years of experience in an HR role, with experience in German companies or multinational corporations being preferred.
In - depth understanding of German labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
Rich experience in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and policy implementation.
Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to communicate and coordinate effectively with management at all levels and employees.

Fluent in German, English and Chinese.
