The Business Navigation team provides support to the C&A businesses and its leaders in steering the business towards profitable growth. This is your chance to join the C&A team as a Business Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)!
Your Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst FP&A, you execute month-end close and outlook processes, adhering to deadlines.
- You will analyze financial results and support decision-making by providing clear recommendations.
- You will support our upcoming implementation project with Anaplan and be jointly responsible for setting up planning apps in the frontend.
- Development and optimization of month-end close and outlook processes.
- Support decision-making by analyzing month-end closes and outlooks.
- Lead financial processes from an overarching FP&A perspective.
- Develop, establish, and maintain holistic enterprise performance measurement.
- Proactively monitor business performance analysis, insights, and recommendations.
- Support digitalization in reporting/planning (e.g., Anaplan, Dashboard).
- Ensure data accuracy and documentation (BAM).
What You Bring
- Strong technical and professional understanding, e.g., in financial planning.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good understanding of the company’s business processes and data flow.
- You must be able to understand complex business problems and design outcomes that accurately capture the complexity of these problems.
- Proficiency in Excel, and experience in data transformation and in the analysis and design of processes would be a plus.
- High communication skills, ability to work in a team, openness to agile ways of working, and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable qualification.
- Passion for planning and business navigation.
- Experience in project work and support in project management.
- Fluency in English.
