About Us

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of the go-to-market strategies for our PV inverter products working closely with cross-functional teams across Sales, Corporate communications, Legal, Product Development and Engineering. As a key player in our business development efforts, you will leverage your expertise in market analysis, campaign execution, and customer insights to drive business growth and expand our customer base.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective positioning strategies, identify target audiences, and design marketing plans with clear objectives across various channels and market segments.
  • Lead the end-to-end-execution of sales and marketing initiatives, driving cross-functional collaboration and utilizing internal resources for optimal outcomes.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive landscapes, and industry best practices to create successful business development strategies.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver detailed analytics across multiple platforms, extracting actionable insights to guide future campaign development and go-to-market approaches, with clear proposals and tactical recommendations.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment across all channels.
  • Manage content and updates for both customer-facing and internal communication channels, define budget parameters, participate in key industry events, document business processes, and provide additional sales support as required.
  • Gather and analyze customer and market data to refine outreach strategies, enhance customer conversion rates, and drive the generation of high-quality leads.
  • Measure the effectiveness and impact of ongoing business initiatives through tracking and performance analysis, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve results.

LANGUAGES

  • Fluent in English and Italian
  • Nice to have: Spanish or German
  • Other languages are a plus

LOCATION

  • Milan, Italy

Your backpack is filled with

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
  • Several years of business development experience, with strong technical knowledge of inverters
  • Understanding of key market players and their respective interests.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
