Cato Networks is looking for a dynamic and skilled Regional Marketing Manager to join our growing team in the EMEA region. The Regional Marketing manager will play a crucial role in driving the company's brand awareness and engagement by orchestrating marketing activities, with a focus on event management, partner collaboration, and sports sponsorship activations.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, such as trade shows and industry events or conferences to raise brand awareness, engage with potential customers, and driving intro calls and deal registrations to meet pipeline and opp generation goals.
Data Analysis: Utilise data analytics to provide insights into regional market performance, pipeline generation, and opportunities for informed decision-making.
Planning and leading digital campaigns, aligning with local sales and channel leadership to build brand, pipeline, and marketing campaigns specific to the region.
Produce comprehensive reports to monitor and optimise campaign effectiveness, including campaign tracking, opportunity generation, and partner engagement metrics.
Establish and nurture relationships with channel marketing and key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and requirements.
Partnership Impact: Number of successful JMR initiatives with partners. Contribution of partners to deal registration creating a pipeline and brand exposure.
Develop and deliver marketing training programs for channel partners to promote products or services effectively.
Identify which third-party events and Cato Networks events are needed to support your regional plan
Share account-level intelligence, intent patterns, and customer activity insights with your regional sales teams to optimise account outreach and uncover opportunities based on this data
Manage regional budget and spend
Requirements
4 years in Regional and field marketing with experience in multiple marketing disciplines, including end customer-facing events, digital campaigns, and social media ideally within the Networks and/or Cybersecurity technology sector
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to work closely with a distributed sales team and collaborate closely across geographically dispersed marketing teams and disciplines
Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable in a range of environments from a C-level executive dinner to chatting with practitioners at conferences
Experience collaborating with Channel Account Managers to develop integrated plans.
Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently
Ability to execute quickly with the ability to pivot projects as needs change in a work with a high-pressure environment
Travel as needed for regional and global events
Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, and Splash with the ability to learn new software quickly
English is necessary
Familiarity with sports sponsorship activations is a plus.
