Finance Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities:

• Support establishing policies of accounting standards and policies, bookkeeping and financial statements preparation management, etc.
• Daily bookkeeping of revenues, cost of sales, accounts payables and receivables, warranty claims, SG&A and expenses reimbursement, etc.
• Daily bookkeeping of general ledgers, assets, liabilities, shareholders’ equity and other accounts.
• Responsible for financial statements including Financial Statement of Position, Income Statement and Statement of Cash Flow preparation, analysis and submission in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Tax declaration including VAT, Intrastat, corporate tax and other tax in regular basis.
• Accounting and tax information management, including recording and archiving.
• Responsible for other tasks assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related.
• Several years of work experience in finance and accounting, capable of regular accounting, tax and other finance related working procedures with experience in working with accounting, tax and related regulatory agencies in Europe and Germany.
• Knowledge of German GAAP, European and German tax regulations and other regional financial regulations.
• Preferences: Knowledge of China Accounting Standards and Chinese tax regulations, experience in or be familiar with preparing financial statements under both GAAP in Germany and China.
• Language: German, Chinese and English.
• Capability of financial software and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication skills.
