Your duties
Support of the Sales Team in daily operations, particularly in offer, order, and contract management. Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM tool. Creation of reports and presentations. Execution of internal projects such as customer satisfaction surveys or preparations for sales events. Optimization of processes within the Sales Team. Management of the cplace email inbox and processing of incoming emails. Deepening of knowledge in B2B software sales campaigns, monitoring, and reporting. Assumption of additional responsibilities with development opportunities within the working student position. Your profile
Enrollment at a university in a degree program such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field. Ideally, initial practical experience in sales and customer service. Enthusiasm for sales topics and processes. Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong customer focus. IT and software affinity as well as proficiency in MS Office. Very good German and English skills. Independence, initiative, reliability, analytical skills, and goal-oriented working style. Availability of up to 20 hours per week, with more hours possible during semester breaks. Our offer
