The Opportunity:

Key responsibilities include optimizing digital campaigns, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools, and continuously analyzing performance data to refine engagement strategies. Additionally, this function serves as a digital and innovation evangelist, driving mindset shifts and execution excellence, particularly within the field force. By integrating innovative digital solutions, the role enhances customer experience, strengthens stakeholder relationships, and directly contributes to commercial success.
