Working Student (f/m/d) focus on Marketing & Events

We’re looking for a Working Student in Marketing with a focus on Event Management to join our team in Munich. In this role, you’ll support various marketing, communication, and event-related tasks while collaborating closely with our Global Marketing team.

Your Responsibilities

Event Management:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing internal and external events.
• Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., agencies, stand builders, hotels, catering companies).
• Support the development of event materials, including programs, websites, mailings, and giveaways.
• Maintain and update our event database.
  
  
  

Marketing & Communications

• Work closely with different business units and external partners.
• Take ownership of marketing projects and initiatives.
• Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
• Assist in preparing presentations and marketing materials.
  
  
  

What You Bring

• You are a currently enrolled student in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Communications, PR, Media, or a related field.
• You have a structured and independent work style with a strong eye for detail, even under pressure.
• You are a team player with excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  
  
  

Your Skills & Experience

• Ideally, you have some practical experience in marketing or event management.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); German is a plus.
