Senior Accountant | Hybrid | Berlin or Munich | 2 stage process | B2 German & Fluent English | €85,000–€97,000

We’ve partnered with a leading tech company that’s scaling rapidly and committed to innovation, automation, and empowering developers and teams to work more efficiently.

They’re now looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team in either Berlin or Munich. You’ll play a key role in overseeing accounting operations across German entities, supporting financial reporting, and helping drive improvements and automation within the finance function.

It’s a 2 stage interview process, and the salary on offer is €85,000–€97,000 per annum.

Fluent English is essential, both written and spoken. German B2 minimum.

Skills & Experience:

• 5 years hands-on accounting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or international environment
• Strong understanding of German accounting standards (HGB) and German tax compliance
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software
• Detail-focused mindset and passion for continuous improvement
