To drive our expansion, we’re looking for Manager Sales Professionals responsible for building a strong sales pipeline and handling diverse sales cycle requirements by informing customers while acquiring and maintaining in-depth expertise in products, pricing, and market differentiators.

What to expect?

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support in the sales process
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth
  • Analyze market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy
  • Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings

What do we expect?

  • 7 years of relevant work experience in Automotive & Manufacturing
  • Expertise in Customer & Enterprise Apps, Consulting, and Data & AI technologies
  • Proficiencies in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis
  • Fluent English and German (spoken and written)
  • A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) a plus

Personal Skills And Qualities

  • Proven ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing high-value deals
  • Experience in a proactive hunting sales role, with a focus on acquiring new clients and expanding market presence
