Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Support in Daily Operations of IT communication tasks by assisting the team with ongoing content creation and integration on intranet pages
• Content Management & Localization: Upload, manage, and maintain content on the company’s intranet platform in multiple languages
• Review IT communication content to ensure it’s understandable and relatable for non-technical audiences, using layman's terms
• Community & Content Screening: Assist with managing internal IT communities by monitoring discussions and providing support
• Screen and evaluate content to ensure it is relevant, engaging, and aligned with IT communication standards and objectives
• Research & Migration Support: Assist with research tasks to support the development of IT communication strategies, tools, and campaigns
• Provide support during the migration process to a new intranet platform, ensuring content is properly transferred and optimized for the new environment.
  
  
  

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business, IT or related field)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, with the ability to simplify complex topics
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with digital tools (M365), intranet platforms, and content management systems
• Ability to understand and analyze feedback to optimize content and communication strategies
• Collaborative Spirit – Strong team player with the ability to work independently when required
