What you'll do:
- Managing HR operations and compliance audits across Germany and EU regions, ensuring alignment with local labor laws.
- Designing and executing audit checks for payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
- Overseeing end-to-end payroll and benefits, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Creating compliance and payroll reports to support planning and analysis.
- Resolving employee relations issues tied to legal and compliance matters.
- Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for smooth HR service delivery.
- Applying expertise in EU labor law, payroll compliance, and mobility.
- Maintaining clear and updated HR process documentation and SOPs.
- Using data and feedback to improve HR processes and employee experience.
- Identifying compliance risks early and taking preventive action.
- Acting as the main contact for labor authorities and regulatory bodies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of professional experience in HR with a strong focus on compliance and audits within the EU.
- Proven ability to design and lead compliance audits and implement HR processes in alignment with regional legal requirements.
- Capability to manage high-stakes HR projects autonomously with a structured and analytical approach.
- A passion for enhancing organizational culture and developing a people-centric work environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive HR innovations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism and discretion, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken, with additional European languages being advantageous.
