The Role

As Manufacturing Excellence Manager, you will be responsible for driving the manufacturing performance improvements across our production facilities. Your focus will be on enhancing operational efficiencies, cultivating a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing best practices in manufacturing processes. You will engage with cross-functional teams to develop and execute robust strategies that will create lasting value for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ManEx practices across EU locations and oversee Continuous Improvement initiatives at these sites
• Establish a productivity pipeline and fulfill annual productivity targets based on portfolio value
• Organize and conduct workshops for Front End Loading, Kaizen, process mapping, and performance diagnostics with cross-functional teams
• Lead high-value projects that significantly impact the business and involve a complex network of stakeholders
• Mentor and nurture talent within the organization in ManEx and CI competencies
• Monitor, facilitate, and assist in managing the overall productivity portfolio alongside all key functions
• Adapt and implement global best practices to ensure alignment across the organization
• Develop a business case that outlines clear financial benefits and risk assessments for maintenance projects
• Set and manage the expectations of internal customers and stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Technology or Engineering field
• Over 10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, emphasizing operational excellence
• Demonstrated ability in leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on achieving results
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to promote teamwork
• Leadership experience is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles along with LSS certification is highly desirable
• PMP certification is also a plus
