Customer Service Specialist

Our client is actively seeking a Customer Service Specialist with Italian & English speaking skills to join the company permanently due to growth. This will be a hybrid role in their Landau office.

Responsibilities:

• Accepting & processing complaints
• Offering service-orientated advice & support to customers in Italian & English
• Ensure close cooperation with the sales managers and internal interfaces
• Responsible for the acceptance of orders and their complete processing

What we expect from you:

• Relevant experience with Customer Service
• Excellent communication skill
• Experience with MS Office & an ERP Systems
• Fluent Italian & English speaking skills
• Good German speaking skills (Desirable)

Salary:

• €35,000-€45,000 (depending on experience)
