We are seeking an experienced EPC Contract Manager with a technical background in Quantity Surveying or Engineering and at least 5 years of experience, particularly in offshore wind projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage high-value, complex tier-1 contracts to ensure all contractual deliverables are met during the construction phase.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and package teams to address contractual and commercial matters, manage risks, and mitigate project impacts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors on all commercial and contractual issues.
Draft employer communications and respond to contractor correspondence.
Oversee change management, including variation orders, amendments, and settlement agreements.
Handle claims management, including drafting, substantiation, and negotiation, with a focus on offshore-specific claims.
Manage commercial operations, including payment applications, cost forecasting, and commercial reporting to the project team.
Support procurement activities, including the acquisition of additional equipment and scope during the construction phase, with active use of SAP.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in offshore wind project contract management.
Strong technical background in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
Proven ability to manage complex EPCI contracts and oversee all aspects of contract performance and claims resolution.
