• You drive process excellence: You support the team in continuously improving internal processes and planning activities.
• You strengthen client relationships: You assist our Account Management team in nurturing long-term partnerships with existing merchants by understanding their needs.
• You fuel growth through expansion: You actively contribute to identifying and driving upselling and expansion opportunities across our existing merchant base.
• You champion customer feedback: You systematically gather and analyze customer insights to identify recurring pain points and improvement areas.
• Shape our product roadmap: Working closely with our Product and Research teams, you ensure that customer feedback is translated into product improvements.
• Put customers first: Customer satisfaction is your top priority. You go the extra mile to ensure our merchants receive the best experience possible.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Enrolled student: You’re currently studying in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Management, Logistics, Technology, or similar) and are available for up to 20 hours per week.
• Proactive attitude: You take initiative, enjoy learning new things, and aren’t afraid to ask questions or take ownership.
• Interest in logistics & SaaS: You’re curious about the world of digital logistics and how software can make operations smarter and more scalable.
• Team player: You collaborate well, are open to feedback, and enjoy working in a supportive, cross-functional environment.
• Bring your ideas: We’re not looking for someone to just “do the job” – we want someone who thinks critically, challenges the status quo, and contributes their own ideas.
• Flexible mindset: Your week won’t always look the same – and that’s part of the fun! You’re okay with a dynamic, fast-changing environment and non-repetitive tasks.
• Fluent in English and German: You feel comfortable communicating in both languages.
