Exploratory Data Analysis & Insights
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, predict user behavior and optimize key performance metrics (e.g., retention, ROAS).
Machine Learning & Predictive Analytics
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems and anomaly detection.
- Optimize data-driven strategies through AI/ML applications.
Data Engineering & Pipeline Development
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation and high-quality model inputs.
A/B Testing & Experimentation
- Design and execute rigorous A/B tests to validate hypotheses and assess the impact of new features.
AI/ML Integration & Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications.
- Ensure smooth deployment and scalability of machine learning models.
Data-Driven Leadership & Best Practices
- Act as a thought leader, promoting data-driven decision-making and implementing best practices across the company.
Your profile
Must-Haves
- Experience: 4 years of hands-on experience applying data science methodologies in production environments.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) and SQL for data manipulation and model development.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (Databricks) and big data technologies (Spark).
- Proven experience deploying machine learning models at scale.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Ability to explain complex mathematical and ML concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a team player mindset.
- Comfortable mentoring others and advocating for software engineering best practices in data science.
Nice to Haves
- Familiarity with advanced experimentation techniques (causal inference, A/B testing, media mix modeling).
- Experience with deep learning and time series forecasting for business applications.
- Hands-on experience with ML monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow).
- Background in AdTech or marketing analytics.
